MC Booking Services

Master of Ceremony (MC) bookings for weddings, corporate events, cultural shows, conferences, birthdays, concerts, and social events are subject to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after:

  • An agreed deposit or full payment has been made
  • The event date has been officially reserved
  • Both parties have agreed on the event details

Deposits & Payments

All deposits made for MC bookings are generally non-refundable, as event dates are reserved exclusively for clients and other bookings may be declined for that date.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their event, subject to:

  • Availability of the new requested date
  • Adequate notice before the original event date

Approved rescheduled bookings may be transferred to a new date within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests for event bookings may only be considered under special circumstances, including:

  • Cancellation initiated by MC Dammy
  • Emergencies or unforeseen situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Please note:

  • Last-minute cancellations may not qualify for refunds
  • Failure to communicate event changes ahead of time may affect refund eligibility

Event Tickets

All ticket sales for cultural shows, comedy events, conventions, live performances, and related events are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The event is officially cancelled by the organizer
  • The event is postponed, and the customer cannot attend the new date
  • Duplicate transactions or billing errors occur

Approved refunds for eligible ticket purchases will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note:

  • Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund
  • Tickets purchased through third-party vendors are subject to their own policies
  • Resold or transferred tickets are not eligible for refunds through our platform

Digital Products, Ebooks & Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of ebooks, downloadable materials, online classes, training programs, and educational courses sold on this website, all digital product sales are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or downloads have been completed.

Refund requests may only be reviewed if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • The purchased product is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our platform
  • The same item was purchased more than once by mistake

Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)

If physical merchandise or branded products are sold on our website, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item remains unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

Eligible requests may receive a replacement or refund after review.


Refund Processing
